About the Job Board

AMSMIC's Job Board connects employers with a targeted audience of academic leaders in microbiology and immunology — department chairs, faculty, and researchers at schools of medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, and public health across the country. Listings are posted on our public website and shared with our full membership, giving your opening visibility among the professionals best positioned to fill it.  Listings are typically posted within 1–2 business days of submission and remain posted for up to 6 months.

How to Post a Job

Non-Members

  1. Select the appropriate option above and complete checkout with required payment.
  2. Submit your job details using the Job Board Post Request Form.

Once your order has been paid and confirmed, you will receive an order fulfillment notification from our system. Your post/email will go out shortly thereafter.

Not a member? We encourage all Chairs to join if you are eligible.  Become a member today.

AMSMIC Members Only

  1. Make sure you LOGIN to your account first to have your discount applied
  2. If you want to place a FREE Job Board post, you may go directly to the Listings page and follow the instructions. No further action is needed.
  3. If you are requesting an Email Announcement OR Job Board Post + Email, select the appropriate option above and complete checkout with the required payment. 
  4. Once you have paid, submit your details using the Job Board Post Request Form.
